The fourth and last corporate bond issue under the first Program has been successfully registered in the Register of Securities Issuers, and the National Financial Market Commission has approved the results.
In the fourth issue, which took place between August 7 and 28, 2023, 4,399 Class I registered bonds were subscribed, with a total value of MDL 87,980,000, the nominal value per bond being MDL 20,000. During the first Programme, 4 issues were carried out with 21 calendar days each and 12 912 bonds were subscribed.
The circulation period of these bonds is 3 years, and the interest rate is floating, linked to the interest rate offered by maib to individuals on the "maib classic" deposit, open for 365 days in the branch, plus a fixed margin of 2%, to be paid quarterly.
