The new issue will be available for subscription starting May 29 for 20 calendar days, offering investors 7,500 corporate bonds, each with a nominal value of 20,000 MDL. This is a Class VII subscription with a margin of (+1.5%), and the coupon rate is 6.88% for the first year.
